feat: initial project setup with LLM architecture and HF integration

- Add LLM library with GPT model implementation
- Add hf-proxy for HuggingFace integration
- Add experiments for training and generation
- Add comprehensive documentation and examples
- Configure uv workspace with proper dependencies
