feat(core): refactor root scope API, improve logger injection, helpers, and tests

- BREAKING CHANGE: introduce CherryPick.openRootScope
- add logger injection to Scope
- refactor helper and scope logic
- improve internal logging
- enhance and update tests
- add log_format.dart module
